Work one-on-one with any of our highly trained instructors. We recommend some private instruction for all beginners, but it's also ideal for intermediate or advanced students working to achieve specific goals. Private sessions may include exercising on the Pilates apparatus, mat work, cardio work, using resistance bands, weights and/or the stability ball. About Pilates...

ActivCore
Pilates Plus is proud to be the exclusive provider of ActivCore to the Rochester Area. 

Developed in Norway, this functional exercise can help your trainer identify inactive muscles and weaknesses in the muscles.  This can then help your trainer design an exercise program to help you:
-Restore muscle function
-Reduce pain or discomfort
-Improve core stability
-Improve athletic performance
-Reduce the risk of injury
-Improve functional balance, strength and flexibility    

We are very excited to be the only studio in Upstate NY offering ActivCore.


GyroMovement
The GyroMovement technique combines the key principles of pilates, gymnastics, swimming, ballet and yoga. It uses specially designed exercise equipment to simultaneously stretch and strengthen the body with minimal effort, while increasing range of motion and developing coordination. Private instructions general guidelines

  • Call or stop in to schedule an appointment.
  • Please arrive about ten minutes before your scheduled session.
  • Wear comfortable clothes.
  • Take off your shoes at the door


Prepay Discounts

Prepay by credit card, debit card or cash and save on your choice of services.

Prepay $500 and receive a 10% discount
Prepay $1,500 and receive a 15% discount
Prepay $2,500 and receive a 20% discount

Prepay discounts are non-transferable and expire 1 year from the date of purchase.  Refunds and exchanges can not be granted.

Group classes general guidelines

  • Don't be nervous! There are new students in class all the time.
  • Arrive ten minutes before class begins.
  • Sign in at the front counter, pay for the class and meet the instructor.
  • Take your shoes off at the door.
  • Mats are provided, but you may bring your own if you prefer.
