Private Instruction
Work one-on-one with any of our highly trained instructors. We recommend some private instruction for all beginners, but it's also ideal for intermediate or advanced students working to achieve specific goals. Private sessions may include exercising on the Pilates apparatus, mat work, cardio work, using resistance bands, weights and/or the stability ball.

Please arrive about five minutes before your scheduled session.
