band, ring and weight Pilates -- PLUS mat classes for all experience levels.
Gyrotonic® Expansion System
Specially designed exercise equipment simultaneously stretches and strengthens
the body with minimal effort, while increasing range of motion and developing

Heated yoga/meditation room
The perfect setting for our expanded yoga class offerings.
Infrared sauna
Infrared saunas have been shown to assist in weight loss, pain management,
skin purification, detoxification and stress reduction. An infrared sauna
can also provide relief from arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia
and certain skin conditions. Infrared sauna therapy surrounds the body
and penetrates deeply into joints, muscles and tissues, speeding oxygen
flow and increasing circulation.
Cardio studio
Our club-quality treadmills, elliptical and stepping equipment will increase
your cardio fitness and enhance your Pilates training. Bring along your
Walkman and plug into one of our three plasma TVs for entertainment while
you work out.
Studio shop
Featuring the latest styles in work out clothing, apparatus, accessories,
jewelry and wellness products -- plus Jodi Brennan's Pilates
Plus Power DVD.
