Beginning Pilates Mat
Basic Pilates principles of abdominal control, breathing, concentration, centering, precision, posture and basic body awareness.

Open Pilates Mat
For all Pilates students experienced enough to exercise body control. The pace is more dynamic than the Beginner level, and the emphasis is on fluidity of movement.

Power Pilates Mat
For the super-fit student looking for a challenge. This class emphasizes muscle control and strength using Pilates rings and weights.  Must have teacher evaluation before attending class.

Pilates Reformer
Use the Pilates Reformer to lengthen and strengthen your muscles in a class setting.  Must have previous Reformer experience.

Cardio Pilates
Pilates plus cardio training! This class is based on the principles of exercise physiology: intensity, repetition, and frequency. Use the trampoline to help get your heart rate up.

Pilates/Ball/Band
A combo class with something for everyone! 30 minutes of classical Pilates, plus a variety of exercises on the stability ball and work with the Pilates bands.

Corefluid Fusion
Pilates infused transformational fitness experience that allows you to work from inside the body to out. Will give you washboard abs, a tighter behind and an amazingly well toned body.

Hatha Yoga
Achieve balance between body and mind, as well as attempts to free the more subtle spiritual elements of the mind through physical poses or Asanas, Breathing Techniques or Pranayama, and Meditation.

Foundations of Yoga
An exploration into the art and science of yoga covering the grounding, base and substance of the philosophical and physiological aspects of the practice. Open to all levels.

Open Flow Yoga
Experience traditional yoga poses intertwined in heat building Sun Salutations.  A fitness style of yoga that will keep you moving while building incredible strength and flexibility.

Beginner Flow Yoga
An introduction to basic yoga poses incorporating Vinyasa style movement.  This class will get you moving while building incredible strength and flexibility. A great introduction to mind/body awareness.

Power Flow Yoga
Experience traditional yoga poses intertwined in heat building Sun Salutations.  A fitness style of yoga that will keep you moving while building incredible strength and flexibility.

Cardio Ball
A blend of traditional hi/lo impact aerobics using a stability ball along with Pilates floor work to increase core strength, flexibility and balance. Sneakers are recommended.

Wing-Kido-Kai
Wing-Kido-Kai Martial Arts is a combination of a number of different martial arts styles, from Kung-fu and karate to kick-boxing and judo. Allows for maximum self-awareness and self-expression.

Feldenkrais®
Free your body of pain by reeducating it through gentle movements.  Bring about greater range of motion, agility, and coordination.  Excellent for chronic pain sufferers.
